Data controller. DELGADO LOZANO MILTON IVAN, with RUC 10755244886, is responsible for processing the personal data you enter in the forms on this site, in accordance with Law 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
What data and why. Your name, ID document, email, phone number, address and whatever you write in your message are used solely to respond to your inquiry or handle your complaint form and to contact you about it. They are not used for advertising and are never sold.
Who it is shared with. No one, except the technical providers that host the site and send the emails, who act on our behalf and under the same obligations, and any authorities that require it by law. If you look up your DNI or RUC, the number is validated with RENIEC or SUNAT to fill in your name.
How long. For as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and for the period required by law. Complaint forms are kept for at least two years, as required by the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
Your rights. You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to ivan1996peru@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
